Bogus!
Well, I was gifted four of these “smart watches” for my littles and not one of them will connect to the app! The watch and app will both show “connecting 9, 8, 7, 6” then the device screen goes black and we have to try again. But over and over again they fail! Yes they’re fully charged. No, don’t waste your time or money and save yourself the frustration and save your kids the disappointment. Wasteful!
(FYI it only gets one star because I have to choose how many stars for this review and I’ll agree they all came with cute bands. But cute doesn’t get the job done!)

at first i installed it and it worked great but then i got the app again and it is small, it also doesn’t connect when i click on the connect button

It isn’t that good
My screen on my phone was like someone else’s where it only allowed you to see half the page. I tried it on another device and it was still like that. I deleted the app and I redone loaded it many times. I also shut my phone down twice and it still didn’t work, my experience wasn’t that good. However it does track my steps pretty well.

Doesn’t even let you scroll down on the page and can’t get a connection! Used to be soooo much better!

App no longer works
The app is no longer compatible. It won’t show the full screen. You cannot scroll down, save, or more importantly connect.
Can’t change time
I connected my band to the app and the band is saying it’s 8 in the morning and currently it’s 3 in the afternoon. I looked all over the app but it isn’t saying where I can change the time. Please help!!
Huge waste of money
I realize it was cheap. But when you can’t even download app , ridiculous.
Unusable
My daughter was so excited to connect her new watch and get it customized, but we can only see half the app on my phone, leaving half the buttons unclickable. Also, it will not connect, no matter how many times we try. Please update! Otherwise, the watch is useless. It doesn’t even have the right time.

My smart App is not connect to my watch.

This app needs to be fixed. We have loaded on 2 different phones and a iPad and only part of it shows up so you can’t connect or save anything. Makes our 7 year old very sad.
Umm not working
As soon as I got the app it didn’t show full screen so that made me mad but then I was setting my fit bit up and it didn’t let me connect and now it won’t let me scroll down and I can’t set time getting angry pls fix this very bad issue

Omg this app is the only app that works for my fit bit thanks so much for making it! Also if ur alarms and personal stuff won’t stay then check ur wifi clear ur task bar and a picture of a printer or paper should come up click and it saves! AND ALL YOU PEOPLE WHO SAYS IT WONT SYNC IT DOES JUST USE UR PATIENCE

TERRIBLE!
The smart bracelet will NOT connect to this app on either iPhone XR. Wish I would’ve looked into the app before buying the smart bracelet! I wanted to buy an inexpensive option to see if our kid would actually wear it before investing in a good FitBit, but if I can’t even get the thing to work, it’s still not worth the ~$15 we paid for it! You get what you pay for - so - DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
