Rubbish never works smoothly

App doesn’t always work, can’t turn the alarm off via the app a lot of the time.
Door connectors keep showing as issues too!!
Couple of weeks ago, 6am on waking up, I couldn’t turn the alarm off, it showed an error message of gateway has been changed contact support.. i had to go down stairs and let the alarm go off as I needed to be at work, fob wouldn’t work.. ended up taking the batteries out the bell box indoor and unplugging the whole device until the alarm stopped, so stressful.
Today again we need to go in the shed but the app won’t turn off and there’s no update. Pretty useless piece of kit honestly i wouldn’t bother!!

App randomly stopped notifying
Bumping the app review to a 2 star as the gateway connection issues have stopped!
I’ll go crazy and do 3 stars if you update the app. Mine simply doesn’t notify me anymore and this has to be because of the lack of app updates.

Whole system is unbelievably temperamental. Gateway (central hub of alarm system) constantly disconnects effectively leaving you without an alarm.
Keep me logged in.... Yes but no but
I have the CEF smartforce alarm installed at home. There is a slider option to keep you logged in.
I had noticed that the software (iPhone 6 latest iOS with up to date smartforce app) doesn’t keep you logged in. This means every time I want to arm/disarm the system I have to log in first which takes about 30 seconds. Not normally an issue.
Well today I set the alarm m off by accident. Should be easy. Open the smartforce app and click disarm. Oh yeah but now I have an alarm screening at me and I’m having to mess about filling in usernames and passwords.
Setting the slider to keep me logged in quite clearly doesn’t keep me logged in.
