App doesn’t even work
Won’t even load!
I’ve used this app before, but not for a while. I’ve come to reinstall it today and it won’t load. It just says “can’t complete request, please try again” over and over.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled over again and tried clearing my cache, nothing works.
And yes, I have checked if I’m running the latest version, I am 😄

Apt will not work, simply crashes every time i try to open it. Now i have a camera that is useless.

I have deleted this app and downloaded it again. Using with IPhone 13 pro - app just not loading meaning my camera is useless. Just says error cannot fulfill request when I try and open it
The app support link here just takes you to marketing and sales info. No support available. Can someone advise me on this fairly critical issue?? If I can’t open the app I can’t view my footage.

App not working
I am trying to open the app from this morning but it’s not working , deleted the app and installed it again but still same issue . Please sort it out

Just downloaded the app and it doesn’t work I’ve just spent good money on this camera arrrgh :(
Needs update!!!
The app no longer boots up, cameras are flashing red & blue. Reboots and reinstallation does nothing constant “Error could not fulfill request, please try again!” for last two weeks.

As from 16/9/22 Smartfrog chose to pull the plug on their surveillance product bundle!
I had three cameras all working fine- now without any real reason and merging of their new business partner they want subscription to new camera
So I as well as numerous others no doubt have many CCTV cameras that are useless.

Awful
Very poor customer services. Camera switches itself off, app crashes and no longer works so you have reinstall it. And when I requested an account closure they ignored my emails for 5 months before I threatened legal action. AVOID!!

still going strong after 5 years I love it and use it to watch pets when I am work … sometimes it goes onto the green light it just needs a bit of patience to start recording again other than that it’s excellent can’t fault it

At least 3 times a week this camera doesn’t record, just has a blank white screen on the app, really frustrates me as I’m paying for this camera to do what it’s suppose to do, not recommended to be honest

Ok so my cameras lost internet connection and stopped recording , I reset camera , now I have forgot my password so I am trying to sign in but a two way verification message pops up , ok so I enter verification code and that’s it I can’t go on any further ?
