Amazing but one update needed
This app is so easy to use and understand! I love being able to check the best days and times to post and comparing it to Instagram analytics too. The one thing I would want updated would be for videos to be able to be uploaded into the media calendar so I can plan my posts better. Especially since reels and videos are what most people on looking at nowadays.

Can’t change facebook
It will not let me change to a different facebook. I have a different facebook for my accounts and now I can’t even change it no matter how many times I delete and re download the app.
I can’t sign up
Won’t give me the option to sign up with a different Facebook account. Only my bosses Facebook has been popping up

This app is the best
Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews this app actually gains you followers and engagement. It also makes it easy to see which hashtags are popular at that exact time for you’re exact niche. I also think the creators should make another app for instagram analytics I would most definitely buy that too.

Why do you need FB for an app that works with IG?
I was excited to use this app. However, my personal Facebook is not connected to my business Instagram account. I am confused as to why you can only sign up using Facebook and there is no option to sign up using Instagram when this app is specifically for Instagram. Think that needs to be fixed.
Beyond Frustrated!! I’m done
The app does not stay connected to Instagram or Facebook & has issues resetting the password!! I’ve wasted more time than I care to admit trying to reconnect & track my hashtags. DONE

I’ve used this app for a little less than a year and I’ve loved it, but now it no longer keeps my account connected, won’t load insights, won’t load my feed. I’m so disappointed because I spent a hefty sum to keep the lifetime membership. Such a waste

Was told to get this app from a friend. Couldn’t even get past the Instagram login page. Tried 5 times before giving up
Can’t get through login
Every time I try to log in, it just sends me a security code, verifies the login, and opens Instagram on the Smarthash app. I never get through to the Smarthash app. It just repeats the login process.
Can’t log in.
I can’t this app to work. Every time I log in it tells me it has to send a security code to my email. Once I verify it says I can’t be logged in.
Great until it wasn’t.
I loved this app. But they stopped updating the daily top 100. And not it’s just not the same. Bring back the daily top 100!

I found this app thru an Instagram ad and I’m already obsessed! I love the features, like being able to have the 5 dots automatically inserted when copying or being able to have the app generate which hashtags to use based on which ones work best. It has already sped up my workflow. Thank you so much!

I am not new to Instagram, have tried many other tag apps, and this app even though I am still learning it, has made me serious about my page! Great App. At last I am ‘Home’! No more guessing about what really will help you with your Instagram.👌🏾
