Terrible Product
App won’t let you do anything unless you upgrade to the pro version. Anytime you click any button the Home Screen you are redirected with a pop up add to upgrade. Lights will not change color nor connect to Alexa without upgrade.
Hue light
I NEVER give one star. This is just a bad product in my opinion.
DO NOT USE
I can honestly say this is the most disgusting horrible to use app I’ve ever wasted time downloading, I got it to control my hue lights but it’s impossible to use without paying for a subscription, a subscription to use LIGHTS!! Ones I’ve already paid for do yourself a favour and keep away from this app the developers aren’t worthy of your time money or energy.

Can’t believe I fell for this! It’s just ads, ads and more ads. It did control my lights tbf, but it’s not the official app. Just someone looking to make money from ads.

This is an awful app. It does nothing but continuously try to get you to subscribe to a “pro” version for a WEEKLY fee.
Forcing me to pay subscription
I bought a light bulb and I can’t even fully use what I spent money on. If I’d like to put color on or lower the brightness the app is forcing me to buy their dumb pro subscription. Buyer Beware, use a different company.
Stop trying to get me to buy a premium subscription for a lightbulb every 2 seconds
Don’t let it fool you, it will seem like you have to get a subscription….just keep closing those when they pop up. This was so frustrating.
