Messed up my timesheet
Can’t even log into the app to clock in! Cant open it to see my schedule. Got a write up for not clocking in.

This app is absolutely horrible it never loads kicks you off constantly and my job could pick a way better app
Worthless app
Wish my employer would switch to a reliable application. This one stalls excessively, takes for ever to update changes you’re attempting to submit and always and I mean ALWAYS freezes before the entire screen goes white. Uninstalling and then reinstalling doesn’t work. Worse yet, the “updates” to fix “minor bugs” doesn’t fix anything. It’s straight garbage.

Ophthalmologist technician
A few weeks ago, I had to keep logging in repeatedly throughout the day. By the third time, the app told me it needed to be updated. My supervisor advised me to delete and reinstall it.
After reinstalling, it asked if I wanted to use Face Recognition. I selected yes—because who wants to repeatedly enter all their information just to clock in and out?
However, just like other reviews have stated, Face Recognition only gives you a checkmark and still requires you to manually enter your login information every time. I honestly thought it was just me, but clearly this is a bigger issue.
SmartLinx, please fix this and let’s go back to the way it was.

Not working correctly
So the app worked before just fine, once logged in it would keep you logged in but just recently when I opened up the app and logged in it said do I want to use face recognition with the app so I clicked yes now that I do that it gives me the little checkmark when it recognizes my face, but it still puts me to the login screen I still have to type in all my information and once I close the screen and open it back up, I have to re-login again, which is frustrating. What is the point of having the face recognition if it’s still having me type in all my information to login? Please fix ASAP.

This app is terrible. Have deleted and reinstalled it. Constantly logs me out and constant error codes. Frustrating to use and wished I did not have to deal with SmartLinx unfortunately I have no choice in the matter

Please add facial recognition as a way to sign in. The login takes way to long and if you close the app for two seconds you need to log back in. It is 2025. Facial recognition should be on every sign in app
Super laggy and half the time end up waiting on a white screen.
The white screen does not resolve itself in my experience, or at least not in a reasonable amount of time. This becomes really frustrating when it comes in the way of trying to do something as simple as checking my schedule.
The worst app 😡
I've been trying to log in to this app for two weeks. Other people have tried to help me, but I haven't been able to open the app in any way. I can't see my profile to work at all because it doesn't work for me. It's the worst app I've ever used in my life.
Can’t login
Been with my job almost 6 months and this app isn’t login me in I pickup some shifts but now gotta call in talk schedule lady.
Glitchy
Easy to use, but app has too many glitches. I’m constantly having to restart the app.
App is Always Crashing
I run and assisted living and we use SmartLix and I really wish the owner would terminate the contract. The app is constantly crashing, half the time I have to submit my staffs hours by hand because their app won’t let them log in, even after I reset their password. The zoom calls where they have been “teaching” us how to use this program are trash; very hard to follow along. Everything on their site and their app is more complicated than it needs to be. It’s been a year and they still haven’t been able to figure out how our business does PTO so the staff has to constantly as us what their PTO is and we have to track it on paper to be accurate. This app and this business are TERRIBLE.

Buggy
When I click out of something, screen goes white and I have to close the app and open it back up again just to look at my schedule.
App acting crazy
I’m trying to login to see my recent punches and when I put my info in and login it says unknown error. Are they down for maintenance or something?
Awful app
Terrible app so many bugs. Randomly logs you in and out. Errors trying to sign in. Errors looking at your schedule. Errors fixing your time sheet just annoying
Easy and reliable
No issues with the app, have been using it for 5 years. I’m able to access my schedule anywhere and view my paystubs whenever they are posted.
Frustrating and fed up!!!
Everything in the app works except, when I try to see my schedule I have an hourglass that will not stop and I am stuck and cannot get into anything else in the app!!! This is very frustrating can someone, ANYONE please fix this???!!!?? I have turned off my phone to see if that helps…no!!! I have deleted the app and downloaded it again and that didn’t help, I have shut my WiFi off and that didn’t help!!! I need to see my schedule for obvious reasons! Please HELP!! I need to know where I am working and what time my shifts are in two days…yes, I can call my employer…they will tell me to look it up on the app…so…please fix this issue, I am sure others are having the same problem!

I’ve searched many places and this app is suppose to have the rain instant pay link and nothing I do is bringing it up!
