Facility Workforce Details — An expanded single-facility workforce screen with interactive drill-downs into open shifts, unfilled hours, and staffing metrics, plus one-tap navigation to the scheduling area. Facility Dashboard Financial KPIs — Executive-level financial indicators (Labor Variance, OT % of Labor, and PPD Dollars) now surface on the facility dashboard, gated to users with the appropriate executive dashboard permission. Change Password & PIN — Users can now update their password and PIN directly from Settings via secure in-app modals. Biometric OTP Enrollment — Streamlined biometric sign-in setup with one-time-passcode enrollment. Silent Background Sync — Data now refreshes seamlessly in the background to keep dashboards and lists current without manual reloads. Facility-Scoped Employee Lists — The employee list now loads scoped to the selected facility for faster, more relevant results. Improvements & Fixes Fixed: connection failures on older Android devices — Some Android devices (notably Android 14 and earlier) could not reach our servers and showed a "Network request failed" error, while iPhones worked normally. This was caused by those devices' built-in security certificate lists not recognizing our server's newer certificate authority. This release bundles the required certificate with the app so secure connections now succeed on all supported Android versions. Hardened Session Handling — More reliable token refresh and silent re-authentication, keeping users signed in smoothly and recovering gracefully from expired sessions. Stronger Login Validation — Improved validation for one-time passcode, date of birth, and SSN entry during sign-in. Document Safeguards — Added validation for W-2 and paystub PDF documents to ensure the correct files are delivered. Expanded Localization — Additional translations across all six supported languages for the new screens and messages. Stability Fixes — Resolved several under-the-hood issues to improve overall app reliability.
