Pathetic,cheap
I have been their customer since long and i can assure you that their products seem cheap. On top of it they have no after sale service. Unfortunately im stuck with their products. So i want to warn the potential buyers to stay away from this company and save your hard earned money.
Invalid token
Worst app after 6 months still when u open the app it shows invalid token after multiple times of installing and uninstalling still no resolution it shows the same thing i hope there was option of giving no star
India’s most reliable and durable solution
After looking at various options available in India which are more or less a jugaad finally a long term durable solution for Indian homes. Not just control via app but a complete end to end solution
Good application
Working smoothly with my OSUM home automation system. Nice quick response and provides proper feedback of the lights which are on. Cloud access works great as well.
Bugs in system
I am a user of your app for my home automation however I often get a message that connection is “unavailable “ on some of the switches ( fans, light etc)
However the same message keeps coming and going at random and the problem keeps moving from one switch to another
I am totally perplexed and disturbed as to whether I made the right choice in paying for an app which is not reliable
