Unreliable at best
Even when it works, it performs mediocrely. The newest issue I’m having is if I don’t log in for more than a day, when I try to use it, it stays loading but never actually loads. The only way to fix it is restarting my phone, then deleting the app and downloading it again. It has to be in that order or it doesn’t work. Even so, that “workaround” doesn’t guarantee that the app will work. As realtors, we already pay a lot of money just to maintain our licenses and have access to critical tools. What are we even paying for when the tool is never reliable? I’d give it 0 starts if I could at this point.

They “upgraded” the system and now charge extra to access the old system which wasn’t great either, but at least it was well seasoned

Love the interface and usability when the app loads. Key word is when, the app often doesn’t load when I have full 5G+ service or on WiFi.

Asks me to log in then re log in over and over to the point where I just go on a browser. Especially in tax search.
When I can get in I can’t “Narrow” houses, so after you select a bunch out of a search, there’s no obvious way to narrow and look at just those.
