CONNECTION IS SO BAD
I live only 1 km from the heart of a central city, Siem Reap, and we are forever losing connection. The service they offer is unbelievably bad. If you’re going into the countryside, the connection is even worse. You cannot get a signal. There is no point complaining to them because they do not listen. Do not use this company use one of the other ones as This One is really really bad.

Force users to update before using
Bad experience. When you not updated but there is an updated version, the app will force you to update even using cellular data. If you don’t update, you cannot use it. Why not give an option to update later on WiFi?

Too Many Required Updates
The app works, but it requires updates too often. Frequently needing to update just to continue using the app affects the overall user experience. It would be better if the app could work smoothly without requiring updates so frequently. Reducing how often updates are required would make it more convenient and user-friendly.

I change to use smart from a different network, but smart app is the worst! Errors 90% of the times! How can i manage things from your app when errors keep popping up most of the times i use it! Spend some moneys on it plz!

it is not working and whilst i click open many times, i also install & uninstall several times, restarted my mobile but still not working
Misleading alert
When you run out of money and your plan is not active anymore and you are not connected to wifi but you enabled mobile internet(which you don't have active because plan is ended), you open the app, press top up, select visa and they say this option is not available, go to the store. But if you connect to wifi then it works and you didn't actually need to leave your house

App doesn’t work
I am not able to top up on the app. When I attempt to add money the app won’t allow me to access my account. I’ve gone to Smart stores to try to fix it but it still isn’t working.
