Be prepared
Great concept but after you scan 10 items per container it wants you to upgrade at $80.00 per year but it does not indicate this when purchasing or downloading the app. Would not recommend this product
App needs some improvement
I love this concept and it’s definitely cleaned up the lists I used to make to tape on front of my storage boxes. I have a LOT of storage of yarn and other craft materials and it’s made finding things much, much easier and eliminates me having to edit a messy list every time I use up something, move it, or add new items. The app could use some polishing, however. The first thing is that it doesn’t seem to work in landscape mode, making it difficult to use with my iPad’s keyboard. I’ve also had issues with the popup notice to add keywords freezing in place even after I’ve added the keywords it’s asking for. You also can’t move things between boxes without deleting and re-entering them, which is a pain in the neck.

Very frustrating to use
FABULOUS PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE
I’m using SmarkPacks labels to organize the numerous boxes and bins.I initially purchased 3 packs of labels, and have since purchased my 4th. This is such an easy and economical way of organizing boxes for moving, organizing your garage, etc. It is far superior to keeping paper records.
There are 4 colours of labels and several 6-digit numbered labels in each colour. The numbering system ensures that there are no duplicated numbers when buying multiple sets of labels.
The colour/numbering makes it easy to categorize you boxes. Eg,. All boxes with Red labels with a number starting with 1 may be designated as books. etc.
When moving, you can easily tell helpers which room to take the boxes. Eg. All boxes labelled Red and starting with the digits, 1, 2, 3, & 4 go to the Study. All Red labels staring with 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9 go to the Livingroom. All Green labels go to the Kitchen. Etc.
I sent email 2 inquiries—via the app—and received a response within an hour for both instances

Used to be great but now can’t see pictures
I tried reaching out to developers but they don’t seem to care!!! I can no longer see the pictures of items like I used to be able to… no response from developers in over 6 months and that’s not a good sign!!! Wish they would help so I could go back to better rating
Clunky can’t add enough photos not easy to use
Clunky can’t add enough photos You can only add 3 photos per label/ box. That isn’t enough at all. It’s not easy to use. I can’t believe they had good reviews on Amazon
Not user friendly
I don’t know what logic is being used here - some egghead programmer that doesn’t know common sense. Seriously throwing the whole thing out. Waist of time and money.

Expect to spend hours entering information for no reason. Return these and use a sharpie.
Would be great if it didn’t always freeze
Great concept and easy to use app, but freezes all the time, especially when using barcode scan to add items, requiring forced restart which also loses the most recent item you tried to add
Amazing concept but needs some common sense updates
Ultimately I love this concept but there’s a few things that would make it even better that I feel like should be obvious. Such as being able to move items between boxes. Hoping that later updates will include things like this!
Challenging
Not the easiest app to use but I have high hopes for continued improvement as I LOVE the concept. Can’t edit keyword lists, deleting & redoing is the only option. Still trying to figure out how to add additional categories once you’ve created an original list…
