Couldn’t even sign up on the app. Kept crashing.
Tried to set up a new account on the app and it kept crashing. Not a good app if you have problems just signing up for an account!

App needs some serious work. Logging in can take over a minute (with correct credentials). Horribly slow and buggy.
Only giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it does EVENTUALLY work if you have all the free time in the world to wait for it, and to attempt to login multiple times (again, credentials are correct, just times out constantly).

HORRIBLE
The only thing worse than this app is the customer service! App locks you out, constantly and getting it reset is more difficult than getting the Pope to sing backup for Rahmstein!
Won’t even log me in
App used to work about 50% of the time (if that) and now after an update it wont even log in despite my credentials being the same.

New Update Broke App
The new update collerely broke this app. Cannot login at all. Stranded at a gas station with no way of paying for my gas. Spent 30,‘United on the telephone with a useless rep and I’m still stranded here. What nonsense!
