Still constantly loses stored password
The app itself is quite good - but it is extremely annoying to have to re-enter your stored password.
The last update introduced a message stating that you need to reauthenticate after a certain period (because previous versions started losing your stored password) and prompts you to re-enter the password. However this is just partly masking the existing password bug in the application.
When you re-enter your password as requested, EVERY SINGLE TIME for the first attempt it tells you your password is incorrect and you have to re-enter it again.
So this means any time I use the app after about a week, I have to enter my password twice because it does not recognise my password the first time, and has lost my saved password.
Why??
Why is there even a need to reauthenticate at all? There is no logic to it. You’re not having to change your password, you are just having to manually retype it constantly. This is not a security feature. It’s a bug. Clearly your app loses the stored password and you are attempting to mask it as a “you need to reauthenticate for good security wink wink” feature. And then it rejects the correct password on the first attempt every single time.

Make it work
It's cost me nearly £500 for the equipment. At least make this app work I can't believe nobody can supply me with a user name for this app.
