Game changer lead generation App
This is by far the best lead capture App we have used at an event. Very easy to use and the features to capture detailed information from visitors to the stand are very well thought out.
Exporting the data was one simple step and integrated straight into our CRM. Honestly it couldn’t have been easier.

Reliable and easy to use, this app is a must have for capturing leads.
Best lead capture app EVER
Now iv used a fair few of these scanning apps in my time and LIVEBUZZ SMARTSCAN has surpassed them all. Incredibly simple to set up very easy to use with the ability to add tailored notes and custom questionnaires and post show it’s one click of a button away to download all of the data.
Data extraction
Can you extract the leads into excel?
Frustrating
Clunky. Not intuitive. For some reason it lacks auto correct so be prepared to waste tons of time meticulously typing out your notes after each meeting. There are much better lead capture apps out there
Lost business
If the email address is too long it does not show the entire email. There is no way to click on it to find the full address - so you’re left helpless and cannot contact the lead unless they have also provided a phone number. They would have given their businesses card if it weren’t for SmartScan. So the lead is lost.
