Never works
App won’t even load spent all this money on all the parts and the app won’t even load anymore
App not working
App stopped working 5 weeks in, deleted app, turned phone off and back on, re uploaded app and it still doesnt work. Unplugged dock to power and still the night light wont turn off and unsure what to do when the app that controls it has failed!

Have deleted and reinstalled app several times to try and set it up. It does not work
Useless app
Worked for a week but plagued with issues. Connection constantly drops out, have to constantly restart app and now unable to access the app at all as it won’t load past the welcome screen. Have tried un/reinstalling multiple times but unable to get any further. Disappointing, especially for an app built to monitor infants as they sleep.

Needs to be fixed
App gets locked on Home Screen. Tried to reset it and re install with no luck. Contacted company regarding the issue, they mentioned it was fixed and have informed them it is still having issues with no more contact from them. Expensive system to buy and disappointed we now can’t use it.
Useless app and customer service
App won't go past the welcome scren, tried closing and opening again, reinstalling the app, contacted their customer service, no one replied. They're in the clothing business, because their smart solutions are nonexistent , those clothes become pretty expensive.
Possible change makes app slow and takes forever to open
The app used to be a bit clunky (ie the process of unassigning) was a hassle, and especially how when you are trying to end a sleep cycle you have to rate the quality of the sleep.
But now the app won’t even load half the time, making it really difficult to use, which is frustrating as my baby is getting stuck on her stomach a lot now, so I wish it was more useable.
My daughter loves her snugs, but I’ll just have to use them without the app.

It’s not there yet
Pretty disappointed as I bought the system for peace of mind. Great concept but rarely works- connection often drops out despite good wifi signal. Setup took many tries. App is clunky. Poor customer service- no reply to two voicemails left and an email from the website. Velcro tags coming off one of the (brand new) blankets (not a good choking hazard to have in child’s bed). Sleeping bag itself tends to either bunch up around child’s neck (larger size) be too tight (smaller size). No real option for ‘hands in’ due to sizing. Save your money!
