Mobile Audit gives auditors the ability to access important audit information and perform critical audit functions in an offline mode when Internet connectivity is not accessible. Mobile Audit is designed for a streamlined user experience, allowing users to: • Quickly access their dashboard of auditor assignments • Easily download records to perform or review audits offline • Seamlessly sync audit records with their enterprise solution • Conveniently perform the lead auditor review With the mobile-optimized platform, auditors can quickly and easily: • Log audit findings • Respond to audit criteria • Write auditor summaries • Record meeting details • Review audit details When Internet connectivity is reestablished, Mobile Audit seamlessly connects with the rest of your SmartSolve closed-loop processes, allowing audit information to feed into your CAPA system, supplier performance ratings, and other quality events. This app requires a SmartSolve user name and password for authentication.
