Allow map-based booking
The website lets me book by looking at a map. This UI is ridiculous. Lists desks with no context of where they are. Infuriating to use.
Makes desk sharing a pain
Lots of things are poorly thought out. You can’t view and book from the map in the app so you end up going back and forth. You can also search for a full day and it will show open desks but then you try and book and find out it’s reserved part of the day - what’s the point of searching for full day if you show desks with reservations.

Check-in. And Map please
I dont see why there is no check-in to your desk option in the app. Just so people can hunt where to checkin and let the time lapse? Also please make the location or desk/floor map available. Having to have both the computer on with a pdf opened and use the app is a joke in today’s ux standard
Should be called DumbSpace
Bunch of independent functions to book a desk space...one day at a time. You can't book, for example 2 or 3 days in a single week at one time, three separate bookings. If you look at the map, you can't pick a desk and book it for a particular date in the future, if you select your date you can't view the desks' location on the map before you confirm. For busy people who want to reduce admin overhead, it sucks!
