Rips you off
I have been on this app for awhile and they haven’t increased their payment rates to match inflation. Instead they have dropped pay rates for some jobs. When they make mistakes with job instructions, they reject the job after you do it and don’t pay you. This is not your fault but they don’t care. Recently they have shown a pay rate for a job then paid less - claiming they have made a mistake with the pay rate. This is not ethical.

I have been doing mystery shoppings tasks via SmartSpotter for around 6 months now and love it. The tasks are easy to complete and they pay out each Friday. New tasks are added regularly. I have had an issue with a task once and used the customer service email to contact them and they were very helpful. If you are not using SmartShopping already, you should be.

Scam of an app
Ridiculous expectations . You go into store and take 10 photos and submit them, taking up ur time and effort and you don’t get paid for them. There is always one reason why they won’t give you the money. Tried three times before deleting the app. It’s a waste and a scam of your time. They will try anything to find something wrong so they don’t have to give you the money do not download

Stay away.
Horrid business with the worst customer service. The meagre earnings are not worth your time and effort. There are better ways to earn money. Rude and poorly trained staff please stay away from this buisness.
Fantastic app that actually pays!
We got introduced to this app through Airtasker, wish we knew about it sooner! One of the few apps that actually pays, quickly as well as it only takes 1-2 days to process once a week. We live in the metro area, so catching public transport would put the cost down on fuel travelling from shopping centre to shopping centre, as long as you stay in the one area for less than an hour. I would recommend to people, but only those who live further from me! Also good excuse to go out and exercise walking from shop to shop.

You have to be quick to grab the tasks that are available. Some are very quick and some are about 10 minutes plus, but this is because the pay for the task’s are extremely rewarding. So as the title states “What are you waiting for?”
