Annoying app
Having to log in is a pain. Auto login doesn’t work because tou need more than user and password! Also buggy. I have a notification that won’t go away no matter what I do. Deleted and reinstalled twice. Called company. They actually told me I had no issues and should not have a notification, but I do. That was it.

Does not work waste of time
App is broke and does not work, I did not even want to give it 1 star
Great idea, poor execution.
In June, my family purchased a Generac generator equipped for monitoring via the Omnimetrix SmartStatus iPhone app. A week ago, installation of a similar generator at my house was completed, also monitored by this app. Tonight, the app failed, and will not even allow me to login. I tried reloading the app, to no avail. So far, I’ve wasted nearly an hour trying to get it to work-And this during a nor’easter which is exactly the kind of weather one needs a generator for in these parts. The app worked well while at worked, once I got used to the somewhat awkward method of navigating through it Dash but it sure didn’t last very long. Needless to say, I’m not overly impressed. I have sent an email to their support system, I guess I will shortly find out how effective they are....
