Should be called SmartStuck
When trying to start the app, it is eternally stuck on Device Initializing. Contacted support, deleted and re-downloaded the app, same issue.
Wish it worked
Plugged it in, worked once. After than it won’t connect to the app. Tried requesting support more than once, always a courteous response but no resolution. I’m unfortunately giving up. :(
