Couldn’t be easier
Such a great little app, we used this for our recent trip to New Orleans, we enjoyed 5 different activities, some of which we would never have thought to do, that we really enjoyed, like the WW2 Museum and the Steamboat on the Mississippi.
Easy to use!
This app was super easy to use to visit Athens. I also loved the self guided tour, with little videos.
Terrible
Not worth it. Not easy to follow. Can’t turn off the display while playing. Shows visuals when trying to look at the detail in person.
Do not download
This app is the worst. It does not operate functionally and it terrible at transferring bookings. It also drains your phone battery like none other that I’ve ever seen before. My phone died twice in one day and I airplane modes as much as I could between bookings to conserve.
Make sure you really need this
I bought tickets and the tickets made it sound like I needed this app to retrieve my tickets. Turns out I don’t, it was just advertising.
This app asks for persistent location, movement, and health data so it can advertise to you while you’re in a tourist area. Luckily for me the email validation failed several times and they gave me time to reread my tickets and find this app is not necessary.

Must have travel app
This app was awesome for getting around. I liked how I could see places near me and plan my day without feeling overwhelmed. The self-guided tour thing was really cool too, like having a little tour guide in my pocket. Would use it again for sure!
Love it!
This app came with my Arabian Adventure pass and it made my trip so much easier. Everything was in one place, tickets, maps, and suggestions on what to do. I didn’t have to jump between different apps or carry paper tickets. Easy to use.
Do not destroy your holiday
We purchased the Arabian Adventures 7 day, 5 adventure pass for Dubai and from the very first adventure we tried to book we encountered difficulties. Tours that were available show as not available in the app or error codes appear at the final booking or redeeming stage. Continual phone calls to Arabian Adventures and emails to Smartvisit were necessary to attempt to resolve. Terrible way to spend your hard earned long awaited holiday. Never again would I use this app - I ended up significantly out of pocket having paid for the Adventure Pass and then having to pay full price to enter key tourist attractions, not to mention the stress of trying to redeem the pass at the attraction and no immediate assistance from SmartVisit - the instant chat option was not available in the app for help, only email (although I noticed a WhatsApp option appeared after my complaint). In one example I sent an email for assistance at 6pm whilst standing at the ticket counter of the Dubai Aquarium and did not get a response until 1 am next day. I still have not received a reply to the email I sent Monday 17 February from Atlantis Aquaventure Water Park and I am writing this review on Friday 21 February. Appalling app and awful support service.

The app crashes everytime you retrieve the vouchers. Iventure and dubaipass take your money amd wont let you use your pass
Scam
Bought 2 Hollywood plus passes and per instructions downloaded this app to put my passes on. When I enter the digital code it tells me “cannot find any pass with these details.” This is a complete scam and I’ll be filing a BBB complaint
Does not work!!
I purchased Hollywood Plus Pass, app is not able to locate the Pass numbers provided by Universal Hollywood. I have contacted both Smartvisit chat agent (no live person support) and Universal studios customer support. I am not sure if it will be resolved in time. Just purchase full price tickets and save yourself a major headache.

Smartvisit app is garbage
App doesn’t work at all. I used this for LA Hollywood 3 day pass. You can’t download the vouchers or tickets at all. There’s no one to talk to get things resolve. Everything is done through email. If you purchase tickets to attractions through a third party and you have to use this app, good luck. Spend full price for tickets when you get to the attractions and save the headache.
