Wrong DID
I have two cameras both having been working fine until a few weeks ago. Both are now showing ‘Wrong DID’ on the App and not connecting. Nothing appears to being done to fix this with no updates to the App appearing, to fix the issue . Cameras are now totally useless.
DID connection fails frequently
I have a house in 2 different counties with Smartwares camera but both give no correct DID while it is the correct one.
For year no problem but now already too long.
It should be the problem in the web system of Smartwares but they do not report or give any impute or contact.

DID incorrect
Since a couple of days there is an error in several camera’s, “DID onjuist/incorrect”. Resulting in no use of the camera, not even the picture is visible. Resetting the camera helps to get the picture back but once you connect to your local SSID the image and the functions no longer appear, very frustating. It appears I am not the only one, any help or an update?

App funktioniert nicht
Ich habe die Klingel nach Monaten wieder nutzen wollen und nichts aber auch garnichts funktioniert. Der Aufbau dauert ewig und klingen bringt nichts, da die App keinerlei Benachrichtigung liefert.
Vielleicht sollte man zu Ring wechseln, da kümmert man sich um Updates und Funktionalität. Ganz mieses Zeugnis, Freunde.

3 Jahre alte Version, funktioniert nicht
eine neue Video Türklingel Byron DIC-23112 sendet keine Benachrichtigung sobald der Klingelknopf gedrückt wird. Also Klingel ohne Hinweis, nutzlos!
Email Benachrichtigung funktioniert nicht!!!
Weder Push Nachrichten noch Email Benachrichtigungen funktionieren. Dadurch 4 installierte cameras völlig nutzlos!!!!

Not much use at all
I had persevered with this doorbell for months now including running a power supply to the push so I wouldn’t need to keep removing it to recharge. I haven't been able to get the unit to ring my mobile. I’ve reset everything several times on the off chance I’m missing something? Don’t think I am . Sorry but it’s useless if it only rings upside. The camera works so I can only think it’s a software issue. No updates for 2 year ? I’ve had this 6 months it’s never responded on my iPhone ten ?

Pas de notification de présence via IOS …! BAD
Tout mes appareils portable, tablette … sont sous IOS (APPLE) et aucune notification d’alerte ne fonctionne avec.
J’ai pourtant acheté toutes les caméras pour celà…

…ich weiß nicht, wie man so etwas freigeben kann?! Das macht meines Erachtens kein gutes Bild auf Smartwares. Ich muss mich fragen, wo denn da die Sicherheit bleibt, wenn hier meistens nichts funktioniert.
Wollte eigentlich das ganze Haus und Grundstück mit Smartwares bestücken. Aber nachdem ich feststellen muss, dass hier nichts funktioniert, werde ich mich natürlich anderweitig umsehen.
Profiarbeit sieht für mich anders aus.

No notifications
Does not ring on my iPhone 7. Have tried everything to fix it!!!!

Imagine this… just imagine Smartwares actually cared about there products and did an update to fix the notification issue. I guess its to much to ask for, its been 8months and they still don’t want to fix the issue. Joke company
No notifications - solution
I chose the Byron smart doorbell because I wanted to hardwire the network to ensure good connectivity.
All was great until notifications stopped working recently. I saw all the comments around notifications not working through this app on the App Store and figured that the doorbell would have to go in the bin.
However, I spoke with Smartwares customer support who got me to add a second (partnering) app to deal with the iOS push notifications. The app is OMGUARD HD. Was really easy to setup (apparently because the doorbell was already setup in the SMARTWARES app).
All is working well again - notifications coming through as expected.
Hopefully this is useful to anyone else out there trying to fix this issue!

Been waiting for developer update but I see they do not reply to other with the same issue.
No use without them as no security alerts.

Please do something with notifications. Doorbell works great, but there is no any signal on my iPhone when it rings:/
