There is no option for new users

It’s been a few day that I tried to sign up and login to this account and I failed.
There is no option for new users, and sign in part just work for existing users apparently. How can I use this app?

Never used

Sadly, this app required an e-mail confirmation. I “registered” a total of threeeeee times, triple checking my email address, and I have YET to receive an e-mail that will allow me to use this app....and NO, the e-mail is NOT in my “junk” folder...
NOT an auspicious start! Deleted it...
