Sound doesn’t work

The sound doesn’t work on the iPad. Content is ok.
Customer service is awful, especially for parents and users of the app.

It was great until the crashing began

My daughter really enjoyed the app, but all the sudden it just crashes everything,e we go into her workbook area. I uninstalled and tried it again same issue. No clue how to fix it when there is no error report to troubleshoot with.

Having so many issues!

App had sound now it has no sound other apps have sound so it’s not the device. We never see the activity board. We never see anything in the white and red boxes at the top they are always blank. Never shows any progress. Never shows the level we are on. The sound was working fine for a week and now when we log on it has no sound at all.! The only page we ever see is the students name.

Graphics are archaic and there is no sound. Fix the sound and I'll update my review

Update: it was working again but the last week the sound hasn't been working. Super frustrating especially right now with kids at home and not in school.

Why the hell does this app need 1.7 GB? No other apps I have come close to a 10th of that!

No sound

This is the second attempt I have made to make this ridiculous app work. The sound does not work and the support people can’t even help me make it work. I have talked to others that have had a similar experience. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Good idea, but buggy (no pun intended)

The buttons on the activity board games are non responsive. So despite my son selecting the correct letter nothing happens. He enjoyed the story games how but the racing and snowboarding were just frustrating. I know he’s hitting the buttons correctly because I started trying it too. Please fix this, otherwise it seems like it could be very a very helpful app.

The game modules you mention are enabled for gyroscopic responses as well as tap interface. He may find those controls easier to use as well.

I’ve downloaded and deleted this app several times! In the beginning it had sound now it doesn’t! My child has an account with his school.
