This company is not operating anymore
How come is this app still available without any company prividing support since late 2022? I can’t access their web site anymore. I submitted several tech issues tickets left unanswered and now they are trying to charge the yearly subscription… I think this require escalation, but I am not sure who to redirect the claim to… After almost 7-8 yrs, they just disappeared.

Lack of transparency
The app is not transparent about when their services have been compromised / detected by streaming services. Hulu can, for example, not work for weeks on end. But the app will not let you know that they know it’s not working…
Do not recommend
It is slow and doesn’t bypass geoblocking on steaming services.

I paid them then they told me to go to their website and when i went there the website was closed

When it’s working it’s great. Have to reset routers a few times to get it adjust to new IP but once it sets great and smooth working no hassle app helps but the site is key to the ops.

Does its job
I have a SmartyDNS subscription to be able to watch video content when I’m outside the US and this apps lets me use all my apps with ease.
