AVOID: Odd Way to Manage an App
Had an airport booking via the app. However, as they weren’t able to get in touch, they cancelled the trip. The reason for the call was, their driver wanted more money for the job. Why wouldn’t you just include the appropriate prices before I make a booking to avoid all this nonesense?! Especially for a booking going to the airport! App needs to be fixed to avoid this rubbish again! Definitely won’t be using their app nor services again
