I cant hit ball wth i move like i did in the tutorial wont let me hit

I like and enjoy playing Smash Ball! because it is straightforward, has nice characters, involves fast reflexes and precise timing of each hit, and the rounds can get intense. Yet, I am locked out of my account that is connected to Sign in with Apple. I no longer see the option to sign in to an existing account that would normally appear during the tutorial. Also, when I try using Sign in with Apple with the same exact Apple ID after the tutorial, I get the following message:
“This account is already linked to an existing progression. Please select another account.”
I know a friend who connected their Smash Ball account to Google and experienced the exact same issue. I would have given Smash Ball! five stars, but this issue makes any progress on a new account a waste of time, since I will end up getting locked out of that one too.

Fun for like 20 mins
Love the concept of the game had me hooked until I started realizing how broken some of the characters are & gadgets

Absolutely love the game had bad insomnia issues of this weekend over the holidays and I played literally for 2 1/2 days straight and I saved no ad whatsoever. That itself was amazing but the gameplay is it just it’s so easy and smooth fun for everyone
MULTIPLAYER
I rarely write reviews, but this I will. This game has so much potential so please don’t let it peak. Start rolling out new features quickly please before it peaks.. first one being multiplayer I wanna be able to run verses against others with my friends. Epic created this game so like Fortnite please allow teams to be setup the same way, Solo, Duos, Trios, and Squads. You guys could really comeback and possibly have another hit on your hand as peak as Fortnite before you guys got all extra with the unnecessary updates with newer dumber features. Make this competitive allow us to actually versus each other and even introduce skilled based battles.

It’s a bit P2W but player skill is more important.
One thing I think would be an improvement and make the game more dynamic: Instead of enabling the special power/skill every X shots, add a gauge fill the gauge according to the player shots: If the a shot fills 5% of the gauge, a “Good” shot fills 10%, a “Super” shot fills 20%.
This way players don’t always use their special skills at the same time, it makes the game more dynamic.

No support
After I purchased jampo the game has been unplayable. Can’t start matches won’t let me change players. Tried sign out and back in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Try power cycle phone. Nothing game is frozen and unplayable. And support is no help sent them three messages and no response.
Truly online?
Very fun game, loving the quick games and upgrading my heroes. It just feels like I’m playing against bots. I’ve climbed from nothing to over 700 badges or stars or whatever they’re called, taking first place in my tournament leaderboard. I’ve only lost twice the entire time. Every game feels incredibly easy and the opponents often have generic names with bot-like behavior. I’m having a lot of fun with the game, I just question whether it is truly online multiplayer.
