ive been playing this game for a very long time but the game keeps crashing so i have to refresh the game again and again, one more thing if ur in a high level u cant see the island, i finished building it but the new island is the same its "blank". im thingking to stop playing this game, but my guild needs me. so pls fix it.

Our guild Dolphins need to remove our captain because she can no longer use that account. Please remove that captain so I can move her new account up to captain. She has asked for help with this but nobody answers or helps. Please remove her.
You are so hard to reach. There are so many issues in this game that players are getting frustrated. They quit saying nothing is ever fixed and the game is boring. On my island you only see a bubble when building and so many others islands are the same. I ask you to please fix it for me and every other players. The side games are boring. What side game we are playing we can’t get what we need cause we aren’t given enough to even play these games. Please come in and fix all issues before we lose more players. There also should be a way to easily reach someone with our problems. It doesn’t seem like you even care about this game.
Please fix the issues in this game. You can’t see mine and many others islands they are just blank I ordered got several protection and police but can’t get to them because they are not in where my blank island are. I’m not the only one frustrated with the many issues in this game and I won’t continue buying if I don’t get what I have bought.

World chat
I used to play this game a lot and world chat certainly helps with game play. Unfortunately it doesn’t any longer as there’s 1 guy the calls ppl name, homophobic, as well as saying some of the nastiest things I’ve ever seen anyone say in there. He has multiple accounts and as soon as that profile is block on the game he logs into a different to continue. Someone needs to block IP address’ so his back up accounts can’t be accessed. I’m not the only person tired of it everyone is.

I bought this IPhone 11 and am so disappointed that I’m unable to play on my new device. 5 times I lost progress and lost all money I spent in game using Apple gift cards. They are refundable only if use pay with your CC connecting to your Bank . Why risk information . There in no Valid Customer Support information /Developer Contact Information. So I can’t get in app support from developers or a refund for in game purchases. This is hands down by far the Best Game of its Kind . Lots of in game Perks and Guilds to join. Please give me in game support Mr or Ms Developer’s. Please provide us Support . Update Your Contact Information. Playing your Game was a Huge factor when I purchased this $650.00 iPhone and got a big screen great graphics but so Sad I Can’t Plag Smash Island without losing my progress every 3 days or so. HELP HELP I’m drowning in my Tears !!!!!
