AR doesn’t work - can’t get it to scan a surface

This app used to work brilliantly but now it just gets stuck on scanning the surface. Tried it with builders lights on a flat surface - still no luck. It use to work in our lounge on a patterned rug with hardly any light. Weird. Hopefully the devs will resolve this and I’ll change to a five star review because when it worked it was fantastic.
