Very fun game, but the UI is really bad

Smash up is a fun card game that I enjoy a lot, so I thought I would pick up the digital version. However, space is used very poorly. In most digital card games, the cards are front and center and the game makes an effort to make it easy to see them. In this one it feels like they made the odd decision to hide them whenever possible even though there is a lot of empty space on the screen. IMO your hand should take up at least 1/3 of the bottom of the screen and should be easy to see, with the bases in the middle smaller but with it easy to zoom in on cards there if needed. Since that’s basically all the info needed in the game I’m not entirely sure why this is designed to hide all of that information. It somewhat feels like the designers have never played another digital card game before and weren’t sure how to layout the screen. Anyway, it’s a fun game but not really worth playing digitally on this UI

Doesn’t work with new iOS 18

Great game. Unfortunately isnt working with latest iOS 18.1.1. Works once after download then freezes at startup next time you play. Please release patch so I can come back and give 5 stars

Smash up

Every game is different, very fun and challenging to play. I just wish more people would play because it’s hard to find an online game. The games are fast. I wish you could play all the different factions. I highly recommend this game thanks for making it available online

Love

Like the game, but sometimes freezes up. Ready for more expansions

Fun Not Perfect

I really enjoy playing this game. I stayed up until like 5 am last night playing it and have been playing it all day today. It’s kind of a problem lol. It does freeze sometimes and it’s disappointing that when I tried to play online no one else was playing. Guess I’m the only loser playing it. Could also use more factions. I recently bought the Marvel version of the actual card game and wish I could use them on the app too.
