Full of bugs
Never played a game that is so full of bugs. Reported many times but no response from developers.
Aliens better!
Aliens has improved the game quite a bit. We need a lvl 27 zone to do the hero event without lowering trophies please. Also clan wars would be amazing! Take care
No support from tech team
There is a way to reclaim old account but the tech team does not answer me or help at all. Why is there a feature available of there is no customer service to assist ?

It doesn’t work open the game kicks me out. never works settings, checked it doesn’t work
Bugs and customer service
I’ve been playing this game for years, on July 4th I finally purchased their season pass, the game glitched out as soon as I did and I lost it. I contacted customer support when it happened and they got back with me the following Monday. They asked for the receipt, I provided said receipt and now I haven’t heard anything g from them over a week later. Horrible customer support.

Я не играл в эту игру лет 5. Недавно восстановил аккаунт и увидел, что игра только глубже закопалась в своих проблемах. Они создают новых героев, они получаются невероятно сильными. Потом они создают ещё, которые ещё сильнее. В итоге старые герои становятся полными ничтожествами. А ведь именно старые герои больше прокачены. Да и проблема, когда 10 из 10 боев ты бьешь вторым тоже никуда не делась.

Unfortunate
I’ve been playing this game since the beginning and I’ve dropped about $3,000 on it. I don’t mind that at all. I knew what I was getting into. The problem is the characters got stronger and stronger so they buff other characters to keep up. What they didn’t do is bump up al the characters health so it went from a skilled game where you see all the same people on top to a luck fest. The biggest problem is the one that’s been going on for a year. There’s a very simple way to cheat called “boosting”. We’ve offered many simple solutions over the past year to fix the problem like “clan memebers can’t fight each other”. SIMPLE! Not only do they not address this but they don’t even mention it. I’m done with this game. Too bad because for the first year it was amazing!!
Edit: came back after a year or two. Power creep is still a problem. There’s still balancing issues. I get that it’s difficult but listen to the community a bit! This review was up for how long with no response? It’s too bad

Matching
Us started game and still in arena 1, opponent has the same or similar trophy as mine but their units got much higher level and their units are u obtainable in my arena. I can’t win against people with higher level and rarer card. But every match opponent has epic or rare while I carry a single rare that ain’t even good compare to all the opponents I met.

Ruined a great game
These people screwed up a perfectly good game with their greedy tactics. 2 minute ads are ridiculous!!!! They just repeat over and over for two minutes!!!! I stopped paying money and let them
Know what I was feeling and all I got was canned ai responses. No real person, no real concern, no respect for years of loyalty!!!! So many OGs have quit and they do not care!!!! Stay away from this game and anything by this developer!!!!

Match making terrible
You always fight teams with higher ranked players because the matchmaking is aweful. Also, way too long to collect enough upgrade points.
Block button Asap
This game needs a block button. Way too many times you will come across people who kill off your event hero’s the first or second turn and just spam laugh emojis. Until this feature is added I will remain at a one star. This is unnecessary and unacceptable.
Intentionally hostile matchmaking
Whenever you form any sized win streak you are paired up against people who completely out level you. I get it, most of the time in most games that is sensible to slow your roll. But in this game, when your cards are 1-2 levels behind, it means you’re seriously likely to lose. The game walls you off and I’m assuming it’s so you continue purchasing things from them.

its a great game but the amount of glitches is not normal
1. imbalanced match making you are being put against players with 5 even 10 levels higher
2. if theother player shuts down the game you get a countdown that is stuck on 1 that force you to quit and get the loss especially frustrating if you have a winning streak that is broken by this
3. games pronounced you as loss in the middle of the turn
ive lost so many throphies due to this that sometimes i dont even want to start a new battle
