Hello and thanks for the review of Smashing Grammar! The app does not contain the word satan. Spelling Slumber Party does contain the word "satin", along with its misspelled version, "saten". Only good for practicing fluency
This app requires you to quickly discriminate each of the categories (past tense, adjectives, etc.). It does not provide any leveled instruction where the learner has time to process or a teacher has time to explain. If your child already knows these concepts, then this app is great fluency practice.

Thank you for your review; yes, this game is a fun way to practice grammar concepts to improve fluency and achieve consistent mastery. The game also provides learners with corrective feedback on common grammar/spelling errors. It wasn't designed as an instructional app to teach grammar from the ground up.
