Can't uninstall

I removed the app a while ago by long-touching its icon and selecting the appropriate option as usual, and it seemed to work. Then yesterday the app icon appeared somewhere (I don't recall exactly, probably "recently added"), I found it odd and tried opening the app, and there it was. Then I looked for the app icon everywhere on my home screen, it wasn't there. Tried restarting the device to see if it would go away, but I can still open it. When I look for it in the app store, it shows up as if installed, and if I select "open" it opens normally.

I'm a bit worried it might be some kind of virus, and hope Apple looks into this as soon as possible.
