Excellent Game!
This is such an amazing game, I’m surprised it is not so well known, it should definitely have many more players. It is 100% one of my top 5 favorite games. And the Discord Community is also great.
Game is fun but..
Smash karts is a really cool game but the usernames people have are sometimes inappropriate and even if you try to report it won’t give them a warning which sucks because why add a report button if all you’re gonna do is censor it and when I tried to change my user to something else with just random numbers it said “inappropriate username” like that’s just BS!!! Other than all that this game is really fun and has some cool updates just please lower the gem prices for the battlepass and lucky spin for each season it’s not fun spinning a gem spin every day and only getting 3 gems out of it unless you’re lucky and get 5 or more thanks for making a fun game though tall team

I love the game, but it won’t let me update it in the app store for the new map. I’m sure later in time it will be updatable, but as of right now I cannot play with my brother on the new map

I was just playing the game and then i changed my name to “cheese” and it said it was inappropriate language and I couldn’t change my name for a week. But then I saw someone else with the name “racism is fun” and nothing happened. I reported the user name and I don’t know if it went away. Also CHANGE THE ITEMS SOMETIMES. Thank you. Worse Team Loading, Cyber Bullying, Not For Kids
I downloaded to try again after hearing it had new seasons and team loading improvements. NOPE. Your pros are the worst part of your game as they usually bunch up on one team to smash new players. This is counterintuitive to getting new people to play. You need more players and the all pro teams are keeping them from wanting to keep playing.
I showed a friend this game and they got discouraged quickly. A player renamed himself to insult me. Other players use foul language in their usernames and keep the names after being reported. How this game is rated for kids is a head scratcher to be honest. I hope to see improvements one day but I’m not hopeful.
Edit: their fix to team loading made it worse. You guys withheld new members from joining my team because we were winning and we had less members. Your parsing kept loading the losing team into a win. How is it fair I literally outscored everyone on both teams and we were up 2-0 for you to load the losing team with nothing but pros until we lost? Where is the hard work pays off in this story? It doesn’t. You can work your tail off and have the game completely stolen from you by team loading due to the developers inability to keep the game fair. Fair means equal players for both teams, not loading the losing team into an undeserving win. This loading system is essentially cyber bullying where the pros load to one team to smash another and if you score first, you better have a solid team because the other team is going to get a loaded roster and they’ll defeat you no matter how hard you work or how good you are.
Long story short: it is not worth the time to be good in this game when the game is so poorly designed, it will cause you to lose if you are.

Changes
Get rid of the 3 v 3 capture the flag mode. Map is too small and it’s basically a kill zone for pro players. The teams are even in terms of skill level, the game automatically puts the high level players in 1 team and the low level players in the other pls fix this.
Cart colors
So I tried buying the solid green cart color and or the red but there was an error and it didn’t let me purchase the color.

All of my classmates play smash karts and me and my teacher asked the class smash karts or Mario karts and 99% of the class picked smash karts
Battle box map
The game is really good. But the battle box map in capture the flag is worst. Please remove this map. It was a great game, I used to play regularly this game bt the new updates day by day make it jst a garbage.
