App not working
At some point the app has crashed and never recovered after. It displays “Welcome NULL” instead of my name. Log out option is missing in this state. If I try to reinstall the app login option is displayed however it doesn’t allow me to login with my credentials, and shows unreadable error messages when I try to recover my password. Support doesn’t respond. iOS.
Update: after reinstalling the app several times it started working again. App is cool.

Watch App broken on WatchOS 18
After updating to iOS 18 and WatchOS 18, the watch app will crash within 1-2 games of tracking score, resetting to a new game. This makes the watch app useless. Reported the issue in September 2024 and still no update to address the problem. Was a happy user for several years before this.
Amazing Score Tracker
Great app to track my daughter’s match stats. Really easy to use and simple touch at each point.

I used to like this a lot but when entering results on your watch,
It crashes about 80-90% of matches that I play. I don’t have any other issues with any other apps on my
Watch so I’m sure it’s just this one and I can see there have been no updates on this for about 2 years so probably is just becoming outdated. A shame as otherwise it is easily the best scorekeeper of them all, by a mile.

Good app with uncertain future
The app is good, but with no updates in years I’m nervous to use it or pay for the subscription in the case it shuts down and I lose my data

Not useful at all for tracking score on Apple Watch because you can’t see past set scores during match. Also need an option for third set 10-point tiebreaker setting on Apple Watch before match play begins.
Great app - just misses one thing for perfection
This app is absolutely great for keeping track of live score during a match and have useful statistics afterwards. One improvement would be to enter which side the players are starting at and to place the columns in the app accordingly. Otherwise sometimes I get confused when the player 1 is on my right but remains on the left column in the app. See what I mean?

Great service
I had several questions on this app regarding how best to track my daughters matches and share with my wife and coach. The support I received was quick and very helpful. Even an upgrade consideration to add capability to track approach shots was well received. A very good app.

Reset page website with error
I just reset my password and the website that I got in a email it has an error.
Also, I upgraded to Pro and the app doesn’t recognize the purchase.

Not working with Apple Watch
I really want this to work. I’ve tried all I know to do. Hopefully support will help me fix it.
No response to feedback
It’s been over a year since I’ve provided detailed feedback on requesting notes per point. No response. In spite of repeated requests. Deeply disappointing.
This doesn’t work
I downloaded the app this morning and can’t get past the update profile page. I most definitely will not get the paid version if I can’t save my name in the app.
