The app doesn’t even load!
Does not work!
This app is useless for iPhone. I’ve emailed and asked about any support and was told they are working on it and that was over a year ago.

As of 9-27-2022 I’m fully updated and this app only crashes…
They need an update ASAP
For the past 8 months this app keeps crashing on the iPhone. I used to enjoy prepping for my gig by listening to the new videos they have up but can’t do it unless I use the web browser on my laptop. The convenience of using the iPhone and iPad was much better but can no longer do it because a patch hasn’t been created to keep it from crashing. I’m waiting for some kind of support, otherwise I will be dropping this subscription service.

Opens and closes immediately on IOS
App does not run on IOS. Was working fine till last update. Click to open, it closes immediately. Newer updated phone. Solid internet. Tried many times. Does not work.
Use to love it when it worked
They need to update the app, so the preview feature works. You use to be able to listen to the whole song from the app. Which was especially nice when driving during the week. It really helped when downloading new music for my weekly club residency. It hasn’t worked in at least a year.

Every time I open the app and select a song, it crashes, loved this site
No sound
Great app. No sound is a deal breaker for a music app
UI Inconsistent & No Sound
The UI on this app is very different from the website which is also different from crateQ. None of these apps work as well as the website.
