Hallo, das App akzeptiert meine Anmeldung nicht! Apple I Phone 15 mit OS17.2
PS im Rechner bin ich seit eben registriert und finde auch Ladesäulen aber das App zeigt diese nicht! Vermutlich weil ich nicht angemeldet bin, was aber nicht funktioniert. Daher leider aktuell ein * was bei Beheben verbessert werden kann

Jede Ladestation von denen ist entweder nicht im ”System” oder defekt..

Den Preis für 22kW verlangen und dann mit 3 kW laden. So kommt man auf über 3€/kWh.

Finger weg! Verdacht auf Betrug
Bei mir wurden über EUR 200 für weniger als 70 kwh abgerechnet (EUR 3,40 pro kwh!). Es ist ein Verfahren bei der Staatsanwaltschaft Salzburg gegen Smatrics anhängig.

A gyorstöltést nem engedte majd kis töltésen kezdett el tölteni/ 7.5 kw. Fél óráig töltöttem 1% ment fel a töltés közel 10 euroért!!!!🤧🥹☝️
Fantastic Customer Service
I used Smatrics charger in Parndorf. It was a free of charge service (using RFID card that the receptionist gave me). I didn’t have the card to release my cable from the charger station. No one managed to help me from the outlet’s office. I called the customer service of SMATRICS. A very helpful guy managed to release the cable for me. He’s English was good and he was super friendly. I would give 5 star a thousand times :)

Funktioniert laut Hotline nicht
Die App funktioniert laut Hotline gar nicht. Laden nur über Browser möglich. Ist schlecht wenn an der Säule kein Netz ist. 2 Stunden rumprobiert um dann woanders hinzufahren. Selbst der eine Stern ist zuviel!

Jeder kleine regionale Stadtbetreiber versucht seine eigene schlechte Ladeapp mit katastrophalen Backend auf den Markt zu werfen…

Ich habe am Hotel Ringrast geladen, der 11/22KW Anschluss funktionierte nicht, ständig kam eine Fehlermeldung. Das Auto sollte für die Weiterfahrt auf 100% geladen werden und ich hatte Zeit, daher waren 11KW ausreichend.
Danach den DC Anschluss angeschlossen, der funktionierte auch, allerdings stand am Display der Ladesäule 35 KW und am Auto kamen 27Kw an, das Auto konnte noch locker mit 50KW laden, der Preis wurde für Highspeed abgerechnet, also über 50KW mit 0,95€. Die Tarife sind bis 50 KW 0,45€. Es wird scheinbar nicht nach Ladeleistung berechnet sondern nach Stecker!? Teurer Spaß!!

Zweimal Ladevorgang gestartet, Ladung bricht nach ein paar Minuten ab. Leider unbrauchbar.

I got so frustrated that I decided to write my first app review
Hello, I just wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to setup an account with Smatrics.
I entered all information- which to be honest is a lot. The app can not use the auto fill option, nor the strong password function, in fact it does not even recognise the email field as such hence you don’t get the @ sign in the keyboard as shortcut. Then I got stuck at credit card field. Kept on always bionic back to the year option of the date of birth field. Tried for ages without luck. Until I tried to submit the form without the CC info. I got the expected error message that I did not fill in the CC info.
I was then able to fill in the CC info only to get stuck st the next button. Again I was popped back to my DOB year field. After several minutes of trying I was able to press the next button successfully only to be presented the password field in red and password confirmation field in red too. So I tried this about 10 times without any error message. I just been presented the cleared out password boxes in red. With every attempt I simplified my password choice until I was successful. (Not very difficult password I endet up with)
Finally I was presented with the info that a €0,10 will be devoted to confirm the card. I pressed next to end up at the first step being prsented with an error message that I am required to fill in
Titel, Name, Adresse,..... you get the idea.
Worst app I have ever used. At least the signup process. Sadly never got to use the app or charge my car.
By the way: 40 minutes earlier I signed up online (not via app) to Smatrics sadly this only entitled me to receive the NFC charging card in a few days but no access to the app.
(To the developer I was using iPhone X)

Keine AGBs!
Beim Anmelden: Nach Eingabe von Namen, Adresse, Kennung, Passwort, Zahlungsart tippe ich auf den Link zu den AGBs, deren Kenntnisnahme ich ja bestätigen muss.
Was passiert? Nix, außer das die App alle Eingaben vergisst und mir die Kartendarstellung der App anzeigt! Die ganze Tipperei auf dem kleinen Display für die Tonne!
