What's New in Smile Journey
1.1.2
November 2, 2026
Your goal, your next phase, your language. WHAT'S NEW - Set your own daily wear goal, from 8 to 23.5 hours. The ring, charts, widgets and Live Activity all measure against it. - Refinements and retainer: after the last tray, tell the app what comes next. The retainer can be nights only or full time. - A new tray-change screen: your first photo and the one you just took, side by side, with how many days you hit your goal. - Lock Screen widgets and a Control Center button (iOS 18) start and stop the wear timer without opening the app. - “They're Back In” and “Remind Me in 15 Min” right in the aligners-out notification. - A PDF report for your orthodontist: daily wear, tray changes, photos and notes for any period. - Now also in French, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, Korean, Italian, Indonesian, Catalan, Malay and Norwegian. - Anonymous usage statistics now go only to our own server, no longer to a third-party analytics service. As before, you can turn them off under Settings → Privacy. - Fixed: after putting aligners back in from the Live Activity, that time was counted as time out, and the removal reminder did not arrive with Live Activities turned off.
