I love this app but they should make it so it sends me more then just 9 notifications 😭

Why I got the app

Well I’m only ten and I feel like I’m suffering from depression or self anxiety but I hope this app helps because during the day I cant express my feelings so when I go to sleep that is my quiet and thinking time so I start thinking about the times that I embarrassed myself or I just start to feel unloved so I cry I cry myself to sleep and I don’t know why every time I make a mistake I clench my jaw, hit and pinch myself because I’m so self conscious I can’t express it and the only way I can is by crying, screaming or hitting things or people and I hope this app helps and I’m glad I got that off my mind and chest.thanks for listening it really makes me happy to know that I am heard.
