Missing Features
I’m giving this a one star in hopes of arriving at the attention of the developers. I’ll change it to 5 stars once this is solved.
Please add support for quicker logins. This doesn’t support Face ID or Touch ID. It doesn’t even remember my email for the next log in. I find it easier to go to my computer to log in than use this app.

Hello! SmileSnap does support FaceID/TouchID login on the mobile app. If you are having trouble activating this feature, please contact our customer support representative at tricia.king@smilesnap.com and she will be happy to walk you through setting it up. Thank you!
Vacations again!
As a TC, I would stress when our doctor would leave on vacation knowing we may lose a week or even two of seeing new patients and starting cases which affected meeting our quarterly goals and bonuses. This app not only makes it easy to continue seeing new patients while the doctor is away but even I can vacation at the same time and still start cases!!

SmileSnap has done an incredible job with this app! It is a new patient consultation tool in the palm of your hand. It takes the already user friendly experience of SmileSnap virtual consultations and makes it accessible and convenient on your phone. I have used the beta for a week and I am hooked! I find it so intuitive to be using smilesnap on an app, and having the easy access allows much faster response times to patients. My TC LOVES it as well. Great job!!!!!
