I want to buy premium, what's goin on?
What happened to my premium?
I downloaded and bought the premium a few years ago. Earlier this year I bought a new phone and the app wouldn’t transfer to the new phone so I went to redownload it and the app was “no longer available.” I was bummed because this is definitely one of my favs. I just saw today that it was available again but I have to pay for premium again. If I already purchased I should just be able to redownload it. Why do I have to purchase it again??

Problem upgrading
I downloaded the app and really like your Smileys. I want to pay to upgrade to premium but when I try to it says cannot complete not available. What’s going on can I get premium or not? So sad. Please fix. Thank you.
Good App but can’t upgrade to the Premium version
This is a good app, with some real nice emojis. I’m not able to upgrade to the premium on either my iPhone or iPad though. I would like to see some more flirty ones for adults down the way would be my only feedback. Good app though.

I really like the free emoji‘s but I’ve been trying for about two weeks to download all of them and it won’t let me so that makes me sad that I cannot unlock all of them 😥

Absolutely worth the cost of the upgrade to premium
I bought the upgrade to get the premium Emoji and am I glad I did. More Emoji than I’ll ever need, covering just about everything you can think of. My only criticism is that it takes a bit of doing to add the keyboard, but that’s to be expected. The instructions are clear enough. Got a lot for the money.

I enjoy all the emoticons and appreciate all of the free ones. Thank you for the selection. It would be nice if you offered free ones for the Christmas and New Year Holidays. I know some people doesn't believe in the religious aspect of the holiday but there are several that do. I love all the animated emoticons and it would be cute to have a Christmas tree, Santa, Rudolph the Rednose reindeer that are animated and also some for the New Year.
