This thing never works
It shows my prescriptions to refill, but when I choose it, it always declines it telling me to call the pharmacist, even though there are more refills left. What’s up with that? So far this app is useless to me.
Label Name
If I am using this for convenience, then I have to go home and find my bottle to match the refill number you have or call the pharmacy if I threw away the bottle. It would be helpful to have a name for the Med not just a number.
Difficult to navigate, not intuitive
While I was excited to download this app, I found it difficult to understand what was clickable, where to remove or add medications, and I can’t change the pharmacy it is refilling you - making it useless because it is refilling to Arkansas and I live in Utah
Doesn’t work
Crashes. Not a useable app.
Unusable APP
This app has been unusable since IOS 13. Before IOS 13 I used this app regularly to refill prescriptions. Now, my information is missing and the app wants me to re-enter my information. When I enter in the basic information and tap save, the app crashes. The developers claim regular updates, but it hasn’t been updated in over a year.
