Weird app
I just made an account, and they banned me instantly. And now want an id photo to unban? some sort of weird joke that is. wouldn’t recommend to anyone. A total waste of time

A new update that is a complete failure by all measures.
After the new update, I can't create an account. The app blocks me immediately (I'm not the only one, many girls have suffered from the same problem).

Sorry to hear this and that’s definitely not the experience we want, and we understand how frustrating it must be. We’d really like to look into what’s causing this. Could you please reach out to us at hello@smitten.co with a bit more detail (e.g. your device and what happens when you try to sign up)? That will help us investigate and assist you as quickly as possible. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. 💗
Men
It’s like you collected the ugliest men out there.. how is it even possible? I swear I haven’t even seen one that is remotely decent looking .. Jesus.. either this app is for the uglies or something is wrong where I live..

«Terms»
…having skimmed through, «Term», I found it to be more of a «rough» rather than a «final» draft. Pretty sketchy…. ….cute brand: name & logo, tho.

Thanks so much for taking a look, really value your input. Totally hear you on it feeling more like a rough pass right now. We're still shaping things and your reaction helps confirm where we need to tighten it up. And yay for the kind words on the brand! Super glad that part landed well. More polish coming soon 💗
