Thanx app was SO much better
Ever since Thanx switched to the Smitty’s app I’ve stopped receiving rewards points. I never had any trouble with the Thanx app - it always updated very quickly with rewards points. But after many purchases online and in theater I’ve yet to receive any rewards points from the Smitty’s app, even after contacting their support.
