Smoke Ledger is a smoking reduction and cigarette-cost tracking app for adult smokers. Quitting does not always have to start with stopping all at once. Smoke Ledger helps you start with two simple steps: Light one less cigarette. See what that cigarette really costs. Every cigarette is money before it is lit. Once it burns, it turns into ash. Just enter the price of a pack, the number of cigarettes in a pack, and your current average daily smoking amount. Smoke Ledger will calculate the cost of each cigarette for you. When you choose not to light one, tap Save This One. The app records how many cigarettes did not turn into ash today, and how much money stayed in your pocket. If the urge comes, tap Wait 3 Minutes. It is not about forcing yourself to quit immediately. It is simply about putting that cigarette off for a moment. After 3 minutes, you still get to choose. At night, you can check in by recording how many cigarettes you actually lit today. Smoke Ledger will compare it with your starting daily amount and show you how many cigarettes you avoided, and how much money did not turn into smoke. Smoke Ledger does not pressure you with big speeches. It simply helps you see the truth: Smoking less is also a ledger. Light one less, keep the money.
