This app helped me quit and stick to it.
I have not smoked a cigarette in over two years. Every time I get tempted I always open this up as encouragement to remind me of how far I’ve come. And absolutely keep me accountable for my health.

禁煙を始めて五年以上ですが、設定画面の開始日に開始年のカウンターも増設してもらえるとありがたいです。

インターフェイスもiOS7対応で、デザインもいい。機能はそんなにないですが、これで十分だと思います。
ただし、イベントがあるじきから長期化して、なかなか達成できなくなるので、もう少し達成しやすいイベントがあったらいいと思います。

Great motivational tool
Great tool to help show the benefits of winning the mental battle with tobacco addiction. A directional video would help with explaining how to use it most effectively. Am I supposed to just adjust the settings of cig per day until I reach 0?

Wieder einmal eine hervorragende App aus einer der sympathischsten Schmieden des Appstores. Übersichtlich, funktional, und eine Unterstützung beim nicht rauchen.
Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass mich diese App wirklich motivieren kann, aber seit ich mein nächstes Ziel klar vor mir sehe und besonders die Anzahl der bereits nicht gerauchten Zigaretten und das gesparte Geld auf einen Blick erkennen kann, habe ich nie mehr Momente in denen ich schwach werden könnte. Empfehlung für alle die sowieso aufhören möchten. Nur wegen der App aufzuhören wird glaub ich schwierig, aber wer weiß...
