Good food/bad app
The food is great, however the new version of the app rolled out in Jan 2021 is much worse than the previous one. There are multiple issues making ordering a frustrating experience. Also, the loyalty card didn't carry over to the new version.

Ordered food at 8:50… still not here almost 2 hours later.. absolute joke.

Have ordered takeaway 3 times, and twice my order was wrong when it arrived. And there’s nowhere on the app to return it or get them to bring you the correct order. Tasty though.
Better off using Deliveroo
Thought I’d order direct using their app with the 50% off promo code. Told delivery estimate was 47mins wait, arriving at 8pm. Called at 8:20pm as hadn’t arrived, told it was the next order going out. Didn’t arrive until 8:40pm and the food was cold and dry. Is usually quicker and in a better state when I’ve ordered through deliveroo so I’ll just do that.

Very simple to use
Great app to use, better than just eat!!!
Great food but not following collection orders
The app is well set out and the food is always good but there is a ‘select collection time’ feature. I used this to select an 1830 collection time but the food was ready at 1742. Obviously usually getting stuff sooner than expected is great but ok this occasion I was working around other things so ended up with cold food. If you have a select the time feature then stick to it, otherwise it ruins people food and defeats the Point entirely
