When I send friend requests it dosent show up on the other persons device and it asked me to verify my phone number over and over again atleast 10 times

Good but bad

What has happened

Ok, let me explain. So I gave this app my phone number, and suddenly the day after, My phone is getting blown up by scammers! The only reason I am rating this a one star. Either take this app down or fix it so they don’t leak your number

Forces my friends to sign up

You can’t really do much on this without being forced to sign up for it. When I’m trying to invite my friends to video call me in the app, they are being forced to make an account in order to enter the video call. Please don’t do that. Not all of my friends want to sign up, especially for something that we rarely even use. Also, this app is not android friendly. I have a bunch of friends that use android and this app doesn’t support android. This is a poor excuse for a video chatting app.

It used to be great, but now I’m having issues.

SMOOTHY was one of the things I could use in the UAE to call others, and it was working perfectly fine when I have my usual calls. However, whenever I try to call someone or they try to call me, we’re stuck on the loading screen and it becomes frustrating. I am unable to call my friends due to this issue.

Smoothy not workin

Plz plz help me.problem is that when I enter smoothy on iOS it's open good and then when I try to send an invite doesn't work and I can't just enter the room my friends are in and it says plz join in a few minutes later it's been doin this for a month now Plz help I love this app and I tried everything redownload this app and restarted my phone and even the hard reset on iPhone on my phone and download Ed again but still saying the same plz try again Ina few munites

Suddenly I can't call anymore!

Unfortunately, Smoothy suddenly stopped and I couldn't call my friends. I don’t realize what the reason is and I'm hoping that you will solve this problem ASAP. Sence of This APP has become part of my day and I cannot pass one moment without it.

Not working

Today I was using the app to call my friends since we help each other during e learning but it didn’t work while other people were in SMOOTHYs and it was working for them it was also working yesterday I try to join my friends and it says try again in a few minutes which it what I did but it still said the same

SMOOTHY

I love SMOOTHY since it is one of the only apps in Dubai that I can use to face time someone, although the only bad thing is that the app is quite laggy.
