Apple Watch Compatibility
Doesn’t do me much good to have the app on my watch if I have to open the app on my phone first. If that is the case I’ll just make the necessary changes through the app on my phone. Hopefully they’ll get this fixed but I don’t have a lot of faith in this company.
Really glitchy, crashed on me!
This is sadly a great idea but the app is so slow and glitchy it annoys me that it is always crashing and there is also some major design fault with the drive unit and as a result I am not a happy customer!
Connecting Issues
No matter how many times the app scans the QT code it never connects. 😐

Love the app, hate that I have to purchase additional features. I paid for the darn device, and you would think that the developer would understand that users are disabled and likely have limited funds for stuff like this. I had to save up for a long time to be able to get this in the first place, and then I find out that it’s limited in its functionality unless I pay more money?! That really upset me to be quite honest. The only reason I was able to afford it at all was with the help of insurance, but they won’t help with buying an app to give the device it’s full functionality. I have to wonder if my insurance company is aware of that and what they would think of it. It could be considered fraud if the device is listed as having more features than I’m actually able to use without paying more money out of pocket.
