Terrible app and device experience

The app or the device, not sure where the disconnect is but either way the whole package is very underwhelming. App reminds me of something a preteen would have developed in 2018.

Like idea not a fan of the app

I’ve had issues with the app locking up every couple of days. To be able to access my information in the app I have to delete it and reload it from the App Store. Why is this? Please fix your app.

This app is terrible

It barely works all the time. It’s not uncommon for it to never work forcing you to deleted and reinstall it. Buy something else. This isn’t it.

App doesn’t function in consistently

To get the app to load, we have to uninstall and reinstall daily. This is happening on both iOS and Android devices. Very disappointing and I was considering upgrading for more features and functionality but not now.
